The curtain is made from hot dipped galvanised steel panels that include 39mm thick polyurethane foam insulation. Each panel is specifically designed to minimise airflow and increase thermal performance of your property. Each panel is sealed using low density compressible foam at the base, and PVC tape to the panel nose.
All tracks are either bolted & riveted or spot welded and made using galvanised steel. We have many make-up options to suit your project, including: Standard lift, high lift, vertical lift & low headroom.
Standard powder coating colours include: RAL 9002 (Bone White), RAL 6005 (Moss Green), RAL 5003 (Sargasso), RAL 6003 (Olive Green), BS 18C39 (Ocean Blue), RAL 9007 (Grey Aluminium), BS 12B29 (Juniper Green), RAL 9010 (White), RAL 3000 (Sunset Red), RAL 8014 (Van Dyke Brown), BS 10E55 (Aztec Yellow), BS 04E53 (Poppy Red), BS 12B21 (Moorland Green), BS 10A05 (Goosewing Grey), RAL 9006 (Silver), RAL 5010 (Gentian Blue), BS 18E53 (Solent Blue), BS 18B17 (Albatross), RAL 6002 (Heritage Green), RAL 7016 (Anthracite) & BS 18B25 (Merlin Grey). We can also powder coat to RAL/BS colours not specified above for an additional charge.
Our sectional doors are generally operated using either a 3 phase motor or hand-chain depending upon your preference. We can also use single phase motors for smaller openings.
