Product Description
The ALU-LNTL can also be zintel coated to BS EN 10131:2006 to combat any possible corrosion with a powder coated finish to any colour adding yet another barrier making them excellent in saline conditions such as coastal locations.
What makes this product especially unique is its inbuilt lintel and guide system enabling the shutter to be completely hidden if incorporated into a new build structure.

Horizontal extruded aluminium laths with inbuilt shutter boxes concealed within the wall makeup.
CAVITY CLOSERS
Fully insulated and recess into the cavity. Aluminium guide within, powder coated to any standard RAL/BS colour.
LINTELS
Load bearing hot-dipped galvanised steel finish.
OPERATION
240v Single phase motor to allow controlled ascent and descent.

LATH DESIGN
A number of lath designs are available from 51mm flat lath for smaller openings to 76mm curved and 102mm flat laths for exposed and industrial locations. The laths can be perforated or punched to allow ventilation and/or provide visibility into the premises whilst maintaining the required security.
FINISHES
Can be Polyester powder coated or plastisol coated in a range of standard RAL colours’ for an extra charge.
