Product Description
Made from 37mm perforated aluminium, this product offers a lighter alternative to our perforated steel shutter, this product is ideal if the customer wants a manual and aesthetically pleasing roller shutter over a counter or small opening.

ENCLOSURE
Manufactured from roll formed aluminium with a stove-enamelled finish.
End caps are pressure moulded aluminium alloy.

GUIDE CHANNELS / BOTTOM SLAT
Extruded aluminium with weather seal. Circular guide option. 45mm, 53mm, 60mm or 68mm depths available as required. See relevant CAD drawing.

OPERATION
Cord: The swivel winder coils the belt when it is pulled up to a maximum weight of 20kg.
Spring & Lock: A counter balanced spring assembly with a key lock bottom slat & handles up to a weight of 30kg.
Electric: Single phase tubular motor & wall switch as standard. Numerous options such as group or remote control etc. Manual override facility as required.

LATH DESIGN
A number of lath designs are available from 37mm extruded lath to our 77mm lath for larger openings (ALU-1277PE). The laths can be perforated or punched to allow ventilation and/or provide visibility into the premises whilst maintaining the required security.
FINISHES
Can be Polyester powder coated or plastisol coated in a range of standard RAL colours’ for an extra charge.
