Product Description

Our twin-skin insulated fire roller shutter, the FRINS-2H (EW60), offers superior fire protection and security. Certified for 2 hours of fire resistance (E120) by Exova Warringtonfire, this shutter provides exceptional radiant heat insulation (EW60), significantly reducing the risk of secondary fire ignition.

In the event of a fire, the shutter descends automatically when connected to your fire alarm system via an interface panel and audio-visual alerts.

The robust construction, featuring a double-skinned steel curtain with a vermiculite insulating core, also provides a 20dB sound reduction, making it suitable for use in areas where noise control is a consideration.

For enhanced safety, the shutter is equipped with safety brakes and a controlled descent mechanism. A variety of powder-coated finishes are available to match any RAL or BS colour, in addition to the standard galvanised steel finish.
