Product Description
The Stackdoor Secure shutter is a high-security stacking grille for openings where ventilation and visibility still matter. It is Secured by Design, certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 Security Rating A1, and uses self-locking technology to resist lifting without auxiliary locks.
Where there is a risk of vehicle attack, especially on luxury and high-value retail fronts, the same Stackdoor system can be specified with the Anti-Ram upgrade. That package adds reinforced curtain, guides and bottom rail so the grille can withstand cutting attack to EN1627 RC3 level and real-world ram-raid style impact, while still stacking neatly above the opening when open.

Stackdoor Secure — certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 Security Rating A1 (Secured by Design).
Stackdoor Anti-Ram upgrade — Stackdoor EN1627 RC3 structure with anti-ram strengthening. Independently tested to EN1627:2021 burglar-resistant security (RC3). Tested in conditions representative of a real-life ram-raid scenario.
CURTAIN
Secure (standard): stainless or zinc-plated steel pins secured into horizontal stainless, zinc-plated or powder-coated steel profiles.
Anti-Ram upgrade: stack-and-pin technology with hardened anti-cut pins and reinforced anti-cut bars, engineered to resist cutting tools up to and including EN1627 RC3 level.
Maximum dimensions (Secure)
Face fixed: 6000 × 10000 mm.
Reveal fixed: 6240 × 10000 mm.
Approved dimensions (Anti-Ram upgrade)
Maximum width: 6000 mm.
Minimum height: 1500 mm.
BOTTOM RAIL & FRAMES
Secure (standard): reinforced extruded aluminium bottom rail. Heavy-duty extruded aluminium guide rails anchored directly to the structure.
Anti-Ram upgrade: reinforced stainless steel bottom rail. Heavy-duty extruded aluminium guide rails with steel reinforcing, strengthened to help prevent the grille being forced out of the guides.
OPERATION
Motorised for controlled ascent and descent.
Tube motor: low duty cycle, up to about 4 cycles per day.
External drive motor: high duty cycle for heavy use and/or larger apertures.
CONTROLS
Compatible controls including rotary switch, key switch, remote control and emergency manual crank. Integration with third-party access control. Safety devices as the design risk assessment requires.
